"The experience went very well. I had a very difficult time finding someone to install an egress window in my basement. The few I found who said they could do it were expensive, and I wasn't sure they knew what they were doing. Then I found The Basement Doctor. Inquiry about why did not reveal a personalized discussion why just access to dramatized videos and emails of people who were/could be taken advantage of by other companies. Window wells offered at this price were bottom of the line when compared to other companies products. On line research of windows did not reveal justified price premium for the job. Not sure what the extra money bought other than company stated peace of mind."
