The job was great! I needed all the contents of the barn removed and covered with tarps, then the gravel floor regarded, concrete poured and the contents moved back once the concrete had cured. Scott and his crew did a fantastic job.

Scott is the owner, and he is very busy, hence sometimes difficult to get out to look at a new job quickly.

Great contractor. Timely, worked when said he would, gave a job schedule and followed it! Done when said he would be. Employees very professional. Did a great job!

In February of 2013 my elderly mother was her other residence. The furnace failed which caused a pipe to break on the first floor. The water ran for days or weeks before neighbors saw the water running out of the back of the house and called the city to shut off the water. Walls, floors and ceilings were damaged on the first floor and the garage/basement. I contacted Servpro to perform demolition of wet floors, ceilings and walls as well as do mold remediation.

After Servpro was finished, I contracted with M and M to do reconstruction as well as a significant amount of renovation to update the house in order to sell it. Scott, the owner of M and M, was a great help in dealing with Allstate to get coverage for damaged areas that they were initially unwilling to pay for. In addition to replacing walls, trim and floors, they also completely remodeled two bathrooms, installed all new windows throughout the whole house including block windows in the basement, fixed numerous plumbing issues, installed a new garage door, repaired siding, installed new interior and exterior doors, refinished wood floors, installed new light fixtures inside and out. Since I do not live in town (I live an hour away), I could not be there to oversee the reconstruction on a regular basis. I had to trust Scott and Roger (the foreman) to see that the work was done properly. Scott gave me great advice as far as how to update the house and what buyers want in a house these days. I also had to trust them to choose items such as light fixtures, appliances, sinks, toilets, windows, etc. I told Scott and Roger to let me know of issues they saw that needed to be addressed and to fix them. The house looks like a brand new house and it's beautiful!

My realtor was very impressed with their work and choices. We listed the house on a Friday and by Monday I had two offers on the table. I am so thankful I had such a great company with which to work.
