We enjoyed the home building experience immensely with Chuck.  He has an aesthetic eye that you don't see with every builder.  He was able to make changes along the way that really made the end result beautiful.  Everything went according to plan.  We are planning on building again and Chuck is at the top of our list.

Both the original construction and the remodeling went very well.  With the original construction, Chuck kept his promise of the house being move in ready in 6 months and with all the projects, he met his cost estimates
He gave good suggestions on things to improve the look we were going for and always maintained the proper construction standards.   It always felt like Chuck was looking out for our best interests to get the best possible end result.

Chuck Ware of Hunter Custom Homes built our home in 1986 and did an amazing job...everything we had hoped for in building a custom home! Two years ago we decided not to move (we love our home) but to remodel. We called Hunter CustomHomes once again to see if they did remodels and lucky for us they did! I am in love with my new hardwood floors and remodeled kitchen (and a few other little things). The work was done timely and employees kept things clean and were very unintrusive as we lived in the home during the construction. Fast forward....we had an old deck that we had built ourselves (ok so at some point we were stupid and didnt call Hunter ....) and decided it was past time for a new one. Who do we calll....you guessed it, Hunter Custom Homes! I realized quickly that I had a party coming up and wasnt sure if the work could be completed by that date but Chuck took care of things and with a party on Saturday the finishing touches will be added on Wednesday! Time to spare! Chuck takes the time to listen to what you want and if its possible he will find a way to make things work! I urge anyone that is intersted in a project large or small to contact Hunter Custom Homes...you wont be disappointed! In all examples of the repair and remodeling work Chuck performed for us we could not have been more pleased. He and his assistants are always on time and professional. They arrive prepared and do what they say they will do. They clean up afterward and make sure understand what they are doing and why.  We have first hand experience with all facets of Chuck Ware's work. He has built homes for us, made storm repairs, remodeled existing structures and done inside remodel/ repairs for us. We have yet to have the first complaint with his work. Chuck is a professional that takes obvious pride in his work product.We will use Chuck for any home repair and remodel job we have in the future and highly recommend him.
