"The company knew how anxious I was about the results of the test would be and were quick to let me know ASAP. They were kind and generous and very helpful."

"Bill F did a thorough inspection and was able to quickly and inexpensively remediate the small mold area we had in our basement sump pump closet."

"Garrett and his crew were excellent. He was very fast to arrive and was very informative and professional. He and his team went above and beyond to address and correct the water issue in my flooded basement. He kept me informed throughout the entire process. When the possibility of mold occurs and the health of you and your family are at potential risk, you can never be too sure. Since we addressed the issues quickly, mold did not have time to grow. Having said that, Garrett still took several preventative measures to assure mold growth was not possible in the future. Garrett was extremely meticulous and detailed from the beginning to the end. He even followed up after the work had been completed to make sure everything was still ok. My family and I would highly recommend Garrett and his team at AdvantaClean."

"We paid for 2 rooms, hallway and scotch guard carpet protection. I received a call before my appointment and they arrived shortly after. When they arrived they were respectful And extremely knowledgeable. Got 2 rooms and hallway cleaned in 10-15 min and got ALL the stains out. I highly recommend this company. It was my first time getting carpets cleaned professionally and I’m so glad I chose this company. Our stains were high traffic areas and they did a great job I’m very impressed! Thank you Aaron Jordan, you and your coworker did a great job I hope to get you again in the future."

"Very thorough and a job well done! Inspection report was easy to read and navigate through. Will use again on future real estate investments."

"At property as scheduled. Went through all areas from basement, crawl space to attic. Checked fixturing and built in appliances. Had inspection submitted in a timely manner."

"My crawl space had no ventilation. There was an area where water had leaked and mold was leaking. First, I was not sure if it was serious but, I know it had to be dealt with the correct way with a company with a A+ rating and they were just that. They did the testing. Mold was pretty bad. Seen the results from the lab. It was a major priority for them and myself to do this professionally. They took care of the leak, the water damage and the mold removal. Yes, I do recommend them. They were superb. It was worth it for the future of my home and health of myself and the family. Thank you."

"Courteous, Knowledgeable, and conscious of time spent, they managed the time well and took on a variety of tasks on our honey do list including fixing cabinets, repairing bathroom ceiling and wall, basement drywall, ceiling fan repair and toilet plumbing work. Will use them again"
