In 2017 you installed 5 windows &amp; we were so pleased, we decided to replace &amp; update more this year. Ric came to our home &amp; provided an estimate to replace 3 double hung windows &amp; a recommendation for 2 large outdated front picture windows. The installation team of 4 arrived on the scheduled date &amp; time &amp; went right into action. They worked most of the day &amp; the outcome met &amp; exceeded our expectations! "Other than sporadic thunder storms, everything went well. Darryl contacted me every work day to say roughly when they would arrive (usually around 9-9:30 range) and the crew worked from then until about 3-3:30ish. They power washed, scraped old paint, repaired some wood and concrete and patched glaring problems in brick. They used 2 paint colors, which involved some detail work in the dormers. All work was thorough and Darryl asked questions and made adjustments as they worked. Each day, ladders were removed from the house and carefully stored in a location on the property. Trash was not left around the lot. Darryl asked us to inspect the work right before their last day and when we sent feedback on a few things, he added some that he had noticed too. All work was fixed to his standard the final day. All of the workers were polite and respectful and the house looks great! We have already recommended this company to some neighbors up the street.show more

"It went great! Kim was a pleasure to work with. She was able to answer all our questions and make some good recommendations for us. She came to the home to do measurements and see where the blinds were to go. It took about 3 weeks for the blinds to come in. She always called before she came and was always punctual with her appointments. We particularly loved her easy going manner and her sense of humor.
