I purchase a Front Entry door for $9600 5 years ago. It is a really nice-looking, full-fiberglass door with sidelights and a transom. this past winter, the lower corner of the door froze to the jamb and when we opened the door it ripped the corner of the door. This is an expensive door with a limited-lifteime warranty and the salesman touted that it would last 50 years or more. The door and sidelights slabs are warranted for life. The finish is warranted for 10 years. which is also fading in spots. Initially, Their customer service did not want to do anything about it so I filled a complaint with the BBB on a Friday. Wouldn't you know it, they called on Monday and said they would meet this Thursday about getting a solution figured out. Well it took about 4 weeks, but they finally got a "solution." They wanted to charge $1700 for a new slab or $200 to glue the corner back on and touch it up. I told them I would fix it myself and wash my hand with the matter and their company. Now because they responded to the BBB Complaint and took so long to get the "solution" the BBB closed my case satisfactorily. BUt don't be fooled. These guys are crooks. They are overpriced and provide lack-luster customer service. Do your future self a favor and find someone else to hire.

Have not had any problems with the windows. The workers were efficient and easy to work with. Installed the windows in one day and cleaned up when finished.

Everything went well took an extra day but that was for replacing the gutters. Overall experience was good and if I ever need roofing or siding work I would hire them again

Their services and installation was excellent. The representative that came out to our home to go over their products were very friendly and professional. The window were installed faster than we thought they would be. The installation crew was very friendly and thorough! Very clean. Other than our beautiful windows, you could not even tell they had been there. Did not leave any trash. We would highly recommend them to any one! We had 70 year old windows in our home that you could not even open. Now our house has a fresh new make over with these windows.

It went great. In less than a full day they ripped out my old crappy builder's grade front door and replaced with a beautiful new door. It makes the house look really great from the street. Better than that, it made my wife happy. :) In addition to that, we had them replace dual french doors to the back deck with a great new sliding glass door. This has worked out great because we have 2 dogs, and now there is a big spacious door that they can go in and out. Also we can have the screen open during nice weather to get some air in the house. The crew was fast and efficient, and cleaned everything up perfectly when they left. I highly recommend using them if you need any doors or windows replaced.

I previously had French Doors (not from PriMax) installed for my family room to the outside patio area. These were replaced because, they constantly leaked air and water. After numerous repairs, and not wanting to continue the door repairing fiascos, I purchased PriMax patio doors; blinds within. During installation a manufacturing defect was discovered. A replacement Glass Package has been ordered and will be installed to replace the defective side. It soon came to my attention that the door locking mechanism was experiencing more difficulties when attempting to lock or unlock. This, I knew, would require quick attention; because I have two small dogs who require a regularly scheduled, and unscheduled, outside routine. I notified PriMax and they immediately sent out a service technician. Stephen continually made adjustments until the locking mechanism was working properly. Stephen was very polite and knowledgeable; he provided answers every time I questioned anything. He was very considerate: keeping his working area limited to the door and continually picking up to keep his work area tidy. Stephen informed me that when the replacement glass package arrived, he would be the one to make the replacement. I look forward to Stephen’s return for that Glass Package repair.
