Elder Pools is a family owned business based in New Albany, Indiana. Our licensed professionals have been building & servicing swimming pools since 2016. Our motto is (We Keep You Swimming).

"This “company” told me they could come out, compact and flatten the sand under my pool, and that it would be warrantied! They basically came out, got the check and left me with half the parts missing to my pool, and the ground no better than before they started! I have contacted them MULTIPLE times, everytime Sean and a woman promising a return phone call to get me my refund, and then suddenly my number as well as my husband’s are both suddenly blocked. They owe me $990. We tried to cancel the check but they left my home and ran straight to a bank before I realized what had even happened. Absolutely do not recommend these guys. We tried to give them SO many chances to just do the right thing before resorting to this.. and now, we have a lawyer involved so we can get our money back. Terrible business! Avoid at absolutely all costs!!"

We sell pool chemicals, accessories, and replacement parts in our retail store. We service, maintain, install, and construct in-ground pools. Free Estimates. Cash, Check, or Major Credit Cards are accepted.

"Would not recommend this company !! The owner can never be reached if you have any questions. And when reached is rude that you are bothering him. The pool is $12000 over budget with very little modifications needed to a flat lot. We feel we was over charged, from excessive number of loads of dirt removed to ignoring specific directions not to bring dump trucks onto a brand new driveway. (which is now cracked) We was cautioned by multiple people about this company's practices. But ignored them because we had some personal connection to the owners family. We SHOULD HAVE heeded the warnings. So please don't make the same mistake we have made. If you feel that this is a Unhappy customer venting? Check their social media and see what good things have been posted lately about them."
