He I had to repair a second story roof the first story roof and siding from the first story to the second story and repair the first floor interior drywall for the ceiling and the wall as well as repair the flooring to take the chimney through the floor into the crawl space. It was quite a varied bit of work and he did a great job. The day after he finished we had heavy rains and no leaks were detected. He it is very personable and polite and follows through with what he says he's going to do. I expect I'll be having more work for him to do soon

"It went pretty well. The only problem was getting the written warranty for my roof. I had to call several times and then ended up getting a warranty with someone else's name on it. Bottom line was that I did receive the written warranty. Then after the phone company had to go in the attic to run wires, he said that it was very hot in the attic. With a flashlight, I couldn't see the mesh that was open to the ridge vent. After talking to the owner, he sent someone out to check it even after two years. I was impressed that he sent someone to check it. He was professional and very cordial. He took pictures and crawled the entire width of the house to verify the workmanship. I was impressed that they would do something like that even after over a year when the work was done.
