He was professional, kind, courteous, and personable - the type of person you need in a chaotic spot. Now that the water is gone and the repair done, he's got a plan in place to put in dehumidifiers and make sure no mold will start growing. Then we were told it’s not policy to send out carpet cleaners, and that we’re on our own. We were promised 4 different things involving quality of the project, none were done. This place is a total scam, and has SERIOUS communication and misinformation issues internally. Would never use them again. All they did was open up walls, spray some stuff, made a mess, and left us to handle any problems stemming from their lack of attention to detail, and crappy policies."
