Outstanding customer service, expertise, and professionalism. Discovering a mold problem and having to go through remediation is a daunting issue. Rumpke staff was reassuring and made the process as convenient as possible. Quality work.

Workman did excellent work. He was very conscientious, did great work and cleaned up after himself when done.

Rumpke made an appointment to come out to my home and give me an idea of what they could accomplish in the 4 hrs. Appointment was for 8am, and they never showed up or called. I e-mail or called; Rumpke apologized and rescheduled. Jacob came out simply to work, and I showed him around my house. He spent 1.5 hrs taking photos, and I assume he?s doing the estimate.. Once the 1.5 hrs was done, he started working. Every 10-15 mins, he got a phone call. He took the phone calls outside. He got about 30 phone calls. He called and invited Joe, someone else from Rumpke to my house to look at what needed to be done. The majority of the time he was there, Jacob was showing Joe what needed to be done; etc. It wasn't until I pointed out that he should be working that Jacob went back to work. He starts to pack up around noon, and I stopped him. Jacob gave me an excuse about problems with the company, staffing, etc. Jacob started making repairs in 7 of my rooms. Walls are torn up, drop clothes are down, and furniture is pulled away from the walls. When they came back, he brought help and did do some more work. They left; none of the rooms in my house are finished. I sent a e-mail with photos to the owner of the company. He replied saying "they were there for x amount of hours", and he expects me to pay $30/hr (plus materials) to finish what they started., which is at cost, according to the owner. He was very rude and dismissive, and I don't appreciate it. I would much rather have them start and finish work in 2 rooms instead of tear up 7 and leave them unfinished. One of the 7 rooms was finished, but the rest are still a mess. I wish the communication had started out better from the beginning, with an estimate and them telling me what they could get done in 4 hours instead of having 7 rooms left a complete mess, and potentially being out even more money to get the work finished. I'm expecting guests for Easter, and I'm not really sure what I'm going to do. I had other projects I was planning to have them come do, had this worked out. I never got either of the estimates, for drywall, or additional work. They were going to build and entertainment center.

I didn't excellent job. They arrived right on time and we're done 20 minutes early.

Rumpke came right out and met with the insurance adjustor and work started that day. The repair was taken care of from start to finish in less than 2 weeks.

I purchased a special on the drywall repair. I added the installation of a shower door in the masterbath on a time and material arrangement. The drywall job was a repair to ceiling in the kitchen. It was clear that the two individuals that arrived were at different skill levels. The one assigned to the ceiling drywall project started the patch incorrectly. The more experienced individual pointed out the mistake, material was taken back off the area and then repatched. It took two trips which was expected but the repair was still evident. I will allow my painter to spent extra time finishing so that it looks better. I suspect that the discounted deal gets you what you pay for. The shower door project went very smoothly. Only problem was that it continued to leak water, mainly from the design, the more experienced tradesperson shared. He made a second return trip to address the water and promised to return if there continued to be issues. I provided the caulk so he left the remaining tube. After watching how the door system drained, I continued to caulk the glass doors till the water issue was resolved. I would not recommend this style of door system to anyone and reported this to the Lowes store. The installation was handled as best as could be expected with the design of the door.

Rumpke Restoration is comprised of some of the most professional individuals with whom I have worked. I experienced excellent and prompt customer service from the first call to the conclusion of the work. Each employee communicated expectations and next steps and went the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. The job was a bit tricky but Rumpke Restoration stuck with it and were problem-solvers. They were punctual and committed to a job well done.

All the work was done on the first day (3 hours); they returned the following day to sand the repairs. They were very professional, neat, & cleaned up. They did an excellent job!

Very responsive and professional service staff. An estimate came in higher than expected but very prompt professional personnel. The job was contracted out to a crew who were late but very skilled to fix bowing problem in walls

Communication was somewhat lacking. I did walk through with Jeff with a list of the work to be performed. Nicole contacted us promptly to schedule the work. I had asked Jeff during our walk through if I needed to be present when the worker arrived to show him what to do and he said no. I was at work when my husband contacted me to tell me the worker had arrived but had not been given the list of repairs that Jeff and I had made. I dug through my notes and sent the list to my husband who gave it to the worker. This of course caused delays, when I arrived home that evening, most of the repairs on the list had not even been started. Long story short, after several more emails and phone calls back and forth with Nicole a second worker came to the house to finish the repairs. He did a very nice job and I am pleased with the work. I wish there was "maybe" button under "hire again". I would hire the company but only if I was present during the work to ensure what was supposed to be done actually got done the first time around

Communication was very good. Someone came out and looked at the work that was needed. They were very easy to work with and arrived on time. The person who came out to do the work was very friendly and professional. He completed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up the area that he worked in. I will definitely use Rumpke Restoration again if I need to have work done.

They contacted me right after I put in the inquiry and Jeff came out next day to look at the basement. He assured us that we followed the right steps to dry and air out the area and that he did not see any concern for mold growth. He was honest and did not try to up sell anything, he just wanted to provide what services we actually needed. We will be contacting them to assist tacking our carpet back down (a small job for them, but still one they are happy to provide to help us) and would definitely call them again if we have more issues in the future!

The service was great. They were very prompt to come out, find the problem, and fix the issue. Everyone was very professional and courteous. During such a tough time it was nice to have someone so knowledgable as I am a new home owner who has never had any type of issue like this before. The price was very resonable for prompt emergency service. I would highly recommend Rumpke Restoration to anyone who has similar issues.

They showed up within an hour of our call and had their equipment in drying and deodorizing the entire area. Their workers are professional and knew what they were doing. Some drywall had to be removed and once drying was resolved the drywall was replaced in a very professional and timely manner.

The service was outstanding. From the moment I called, to their final minutes finishing up the drywall, the employees at Rumpke Restoration made me feel like they actually care, and I believe they do;I wasn't treated just as a customer. I spoke with Joe at Rumpke Reatoration and he alone was able to calm my worries and ease the stress of the situation that I was dealing with. When they arrived at my house, they made me aware of everything they were going to do and continued to keep me updated with their progress. I will definitely use them in the future for carpet cleaning and if I'm ever in the situation again, I wouldn't hesitate to call if my basement floods.
