All the guys that worked on our pool went above and beyond everyday they were there. Quick but very thorough with every step. Would definitely use again for future projects and would highly recommend Pools and Beyond! Thanks for the great work

Perfect! They were on time and did a great job.

Originally quoted 3-4 days, which became 7 days, which turned into 14 days. Only 1 rain day. Overall probably more involved than originally anticipated. Good thing Mike Osbourn Lawncare has a 1-year warranty! Crews did NOT appear to have been briefed well by the previous-day's crew. I provided a detailed outline of job parameters with photos. Referred to outline, day-after-day with each day a different set of employees. The first-day crew destroyed our front yard. Mr. Osbourn replaced most - but not all - of the ruts with a fescue. Which of course did not match our Zoysia. No response from Mr. Osbourn when I inquired about the difference, except that he had provided "free grass and straw." (They regraded my front yard without permission.) The company destroyed our asphalt drive although we were told some of the edging would be chipped and cracked. Not a big issue since we were contracted for a totally new drive. I was told that part 2, the free-standing accent wall, would take too many cuts and they would not replace as specified. Discussing with Mr. Osbourn, the wall (the 2nd part) was removed with a reduction to the total, His crews worked hard and diligently. A few employees spoke English well enough to converse with. I was not sure exactly when a crew would show up - they began 3-days early without notice, and worked on other projects without notice. Emailed the office since Mr. Osbourn's voice mail was always full. During the day Mr. Osbourn was available via text. When I inquired about an issue, I was told I "nit-picked" more than any customer. When I pointed out a big deviation from original specifications (error), I was told I "complained" more than any one else. (Several times I did point out that their new wall did NOT conform to our "old" walls footprint or height. I did strenuously point out they had built the walkway step in the wrong place, which they did reconfigure.) Overall, I suspect these three projects were more complex than originally anticipated. They did NOT adhere to specifications and made changes without checking with me - I believe they may not have even been aware that changes were being made.

I had him on speaker phone and other people heard the agreement. There was no service provided other then keeping his accountant busy. 

Mike was great. He created a beautiful space for us while keeping in our budget. He made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. Highly recommend. We will use Mike for all of our outdoor projects.

You can literally see the quality from outer space (Google Maps).  We receive a lot of compliments on our landscaping and it is frequently recognized as being the "nicest in the neighborhood".  Mike and his team are very professional, and he likes to work with you face-to-face, which is an added bonus these days.  The pictures peak for themselves.

They did an amazing job. My poor house had a lot of weeds and overgrown plants, trees, and bushes. I was ashamed of the fount appearance of my my home. They came out and gave me a quote which was under the other quotes that I had been given. They were going to get me on the schedule quickly. I got a call half way though the day saying they finished their other job and wanted to know if they could start mine. They came in and had it finished in several hours. Once I got home from work Mike even got on the lawn mower to trim up the leaves that were left and mowed the front yard. All the workers were very friendly and worked super hard to finish the job. He even offered to send me photo updates throughout the day. I was very happy with the work they did and how quick they completed it. I had poles that were in one of the flower beds that I had not got rid of and they offered to remove them for me too. As I talked with Mike he treated me like a friend and talk to me like a friend. It made the experience much more enjoyable.

The crew showed up in a timely manner each day. They were all respectful and hard working. Delbert, the head crew man, communicated effectively and candidly. The communication with Mike, the owner, was above average as well. He indicated by phone call or text each day what we could expect. The job was completed quickly and the end result exceeded our expectations. They were respectful of us, our property, and our dogs that were sometimes in their workspace checking things out. Despite several smokers on the crew there were not any visible cigarette butts left behind (you'd think that was a no-brainer but we've had previous experiences with other contractors that prove otherwise). I appreciated them working swiftly to complete the job before a planned birthday party. I will definitely hire these guys again.

Looks great-trims the edges and weeds, pick up sticks. Mike and team have made my yard an oasis! Recently had a big tree damaged in a storm, and they were able to remove it quickly. They take care to assure my yard looks good.

He started the job around the first of April. I had to fire him twice and threaten to sue him before I could finally get him to finish the job. It was a massive job and it cost a lot of money. The wall looks good, but the plants that he used were of poor quality and they were placed very poorly. There were small plants placed behind large plants that you wouldn't be able to see once they had grown. I had to make them dig up some of the plants and place them differently. Also, he didn't use landscape paper under most of it and he said when he finished the job on June 5th he would be back the next day to put down some weed control. After I made several phone calls to him and threatened to report him, he finally came back and sprayed for the weeds on June26th. By this time there were lots of weeds. I understand this was a large job and would cost a lot of money, but when you pay that much money you expect professionalism and quality plants and service and I didn't get either. Also he had to come through my side yard to get the materials to the back yard. The side yard was pretty tore up and all he did was grade it a little and put very little grass seed down

We had been using them for about 3 years, and were generally satisfied with their work. We were often curious how they could finish the treatment of such a large lawn in such a small time, but were satisfied with the results.

He does what he's supposed to do and does a good job.

Company does a good job when they show up.
