We had a great experiance with FSRG, our foundation was failing and they came in a put five piers under it and jacked it up. The job foreman was Jeffrey and he kept us informed on every step of the project. They ran into some problems and they did not take any shortcuts in solving the issues of the problem. the clean up work at the end of the job was very good. Two thumbs up from me!

Our sump pump quit working and the basement already had 2 inches of water and had water coming up through the cracks from under the house while it continues to down pour outside. You guys came right away and installed a new sump pump and it started pumping the water out. Within 2 hours of calling we were in good shape! You guys saved us BIG TIME!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Work was started quickly and finished on time as promised. Although I was expecting to only do work on one side of the basement it was practical to do it on all sides without increasing the cost very much. I was not pressured into doing the additional work.

we hired FSRG to waterproof our basement that had 3 of the 4 walls with cracks and bowing and replace two retaining walls in our driveway. These guys were great from start to finish. Chris came in and explained everything that needed to be done. Ryan and his crew showed up on time and kept us in the loop at all times. At the end of the day he would give us an update as to what was going on and answered any questions we had. They never left for the day without cleaning up. Everyone on the crew was very respectful of our time and property and very polite. The whole process was very smooth. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again for any projects in the future.

They are a little hard to contact- must leave a message and play phone tag but they got the job done quickly once we got it scheduled. They cleaned up well. Hopefully the fix will hold long term.
