"Do NOT use this company unless you want to be charged astronomically higher than what you should be. I had a furnace/air system put in and charged over 10,000 when unit itself costs a little over 3,000. Had pipes in kitchen alone done and charged 2,800 and left the wall out from floor to ceiling where pipes went. Now 5 years after purchasing this unit tried to charge me $800 for a part repair that was under warranty so that was for labor alone went elsewhere and had done for $180. They take advantage of people that aren’t knowledgeable on what stuff like this should cost. Don’t appreciate repeat customers and you will never pay a fair price avoid at all costs."

"BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This company is all about getting their $99.00 for the estimate, selling you an annual service fee and then quoting exuberant prices. Not really sure if they really care about doing the actual plumbing work. Recently gave me an estimate for a job of $500. Learned later after from another plumber that what they wanted to do was actually not correct AND should have cost no more than $250. Had I used Fayette Heating / H20 Mastero, I would have paid $600 for a job done incorrectly. At least the 99.00 I paid kept me from damaging my house further. There are a lot of reputable plumbers in Lexington. Suggest you look elsewhere"

"Engaged with Evolution drafting to get plans done for my sons home after it was damaged from the 2 hurricanes in Florida. We agreed on pricing and everything seemed great and we were close to finalizing the plans but the local city needed the plans signed and sealed. Evolution Drafting said they could provide this service for an additional cost of $1,100.00 which was paid on 3/20. They stated it should only take a few weeks to get done. Nothing ever was delivered and after numerous texts and emails, I was promised the final signed and sealed plans by 4/30. Well 4/30/2025 has come and gone and I still have not received our plans. Rueben has continued to stall me by stating he is trying to get these done ASAP. It has reached a point that I feel they are never going to get us the final plans as we have asked and paid for. Started out as a great experience but has turned into a nightmare for us and our son and his wife."
