We are so pleased with the whole process. We remodeled a condo that hadn’t been touched since the 1980’s. Lou was easy to work with, responsive, and very organized. He worked very hard to stay on our budget and move-in deadline so our family could spend the holidays in our new condo. Brad had a very positive “can do” attitude and was easy to work with as well. The job site was always neat and clean. We would highly recommend Palmeri Construction.

Where do I begin? I am so thankful that I found Lou and his employees. A few months ago I noticed the drywall in the back wall of my house looked water damaged. What I did not know was that behind the drywall was years of rot where several studs were completely missing. So as any responsible homeowner does, I scrambled to get estimates from licensed contractors. When contacting contractors, generally it is a painful process and thats even if you get a call back. When I contacted Palmeri construction, I spoke to Lou who is the owner who was extremely professional, courteous and kind. He responded timely and gave a reasonable estimate. He also reassured me that the problem could be resolved. The very next week repair work was started. Thats when I met Brad and Joe who work with Lou. Theses two men are hard working, diligent and true gentlemen. They kept me updated every step of the way and it was a pleasure to have them doing work in my home. I could not be happier with the quality of work that was done. In fact I was so happy, I had them come back and rebuild my old dilapidated dock. If I had more money, they would still be here doing more work at my home. If you need any work done at your house, you can shop around and get quotes, but you'll be wasting your time. Lou and his people did an amazing job. Our condo is exquisite -- everything we could have hoped for. The craftsmanship is impeccable, the finishes perfection. The cabinets and vanities are tight and sturdy. Where the ceilings were actually canted before -- don't ask me how, since we live in a high-rise -- now they are straight and true. The kitchen and the bathrooms are gorgeous. In addition, since we are snowbirds, almost all of this work was done while we were out of town. By all appearances, Lou is an honest and honorable man, and I would not hesitate recommending Palmeri Construction. Lou is committed to making things right for his clients. There was a problem with our cable service when we first arrived, and he got us an electrician late on a Friday night, making the one-hour trip himself to make sure things were done right. I wouldn't call them cheap, but with Lou, you see where your money is going. We were looking for a well-crafted, high-quality job, and that is exactly what we got.

We were not in Florida during the renovation and turned it over entirely to Lou and his team. Lou was very professional and has a good team of subcontractors doing the work. The finished product is beautiful. My only concern was that the timelines were not adhered to as I would have liked. Several things were pushed to the last minute (e.g. getting counters installed) and then held up by the hurricane. So, instead of moving into a totally finished house, we had workers coming and going for several more weeks. I think if we hadn't been long distance we could have assured timelines were met. The work is fabulous and we would use Lou again.

He was excellent. Everything looks great. He was always here on time and he cleaned up after himself every time. It was a great experience. Everything came out beautiful.

All work completed by Mr. Palmeri was seamless. Exceptional quality work and excellent to work with. He holds a high stand when it comes to his workmanship. He keeps the work sight clean, is a quiet worker and brings in qualified people to help with the same standard of work ethic he offers. He is very knowledgeable and professional at all times. Work was done in a timely manner. Absolutely no issues with any of his work. Very happy with the outcome of all projects, have enjoyed all areas he has renovated.
