"I am highly satisfied with the basement remodel that Jeff and his crew recently completed. My experience from beginning to end with him was top notch. When we first met and discussed the project, Jeff made recommendations that were in keeping with what we wanted, without upselling us. In fact, he recommended the most cost-effective routes whenever possible. We received a detailed and very reasonable estimate promptly, and he was very much available and receptive to questions and feedback. Also, his quote was competitive and actually lower than others. After reading the Angie's list review, we knew he was the right person to do the job, so we hired him. He began the project promptly after the required permits were acquired, and he was in touch with us every step of the way, making recommendations when needed which were very helpful. The framing itself was like fine artistry. I was amazed with the detail and thoughtfulness that he put into that part alone. Subsequently the next steps including insulation, plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, HVAC went smoothly, and without any delays. Communication with Jeff and his crew was always easy during the process. Jeff's subcontractors are top notch. All are loyal to him, and praised him due to his strong work ethic, pride in his work, and sheer talent. Their work was equally outstanding. As far as Jeff himself, he is kind, reliable, hard working, trustworthy, incredibly skilled, and a true pleasure to work with. He was always available to answer my questions, and he was always very patient in addressing all of my concerns. And very importantly, you can tell that he takes great pride in his work, and he is passionate about creating a high quality product. The end balance came in very close to the initial estimate. "For the second time we are so pleased with our recent contract with Potter House Group.  Our first experience with Potter House Group was a new build construction project.  They found us a lot and built us a custom home about 9 years ago.  Since then we relocated into a 115 year old home and we hired them for our kitchen remodel.  First we did our research, and we sought bids from several contractors.  Potter House Group once again had a competitive quote, that we felt had all the "bases" and potential "surprises" covered.  We also felt that the allowances that were allotted in our estimate allowed us to select quality selections for the fixtures, granite, cabinetry & flooring.  What impressed us the most is that once again we worked directly with the owner, Lee, for the duration of the project.  From the very beginning, Lee was professional, honest, and extremely efficient with our time.  Our kitchen was completely gutted down to the bare studs, removing of walls, flooring, electric, and a back staircase.  When you are without the hub of your home-the kitchen-meeting timelines is very important.   They met all timelines and brought in the necessary resources and tradesmen to perform various scopes of work.  All the inspections that were needed went well too.  Lee addressed any questions or concerns we had during the process responsively.  Without a doubt, Potter House Group will be the contactor we use for the next job.  We are already dreaming of our next project, a master bath addition.  Can?t wait!  Potter House Group is highly recommended!!!

"The deck is beautiful and well constructed. In addition to building the deck, Bobby, the owner, designed and installed custom gates with aluminum spindles for my back yard entrances. He also advised on landscaping the area with a different variety of bushes and trees. Making sure the deck lasts is a priority for Precision Services, so I was told how to treat and protect the deck wood. Not that I really need to know that information, because I plan to contact them for the job when the time comes. Overall, my family and I are very pleased with the quality of work done by Precision Services. If there was an issue, they fixed it immediately. They were very professional and polite workers. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for work to be done in and around their home."
