"We hired Tim to clean up our yard a year ago in June, build a retainer wall and replace the privacy fence. The retainer wall was built well and he was reasonably priced for all of the job. We have recently learned that he did not however cement the fence posts and the fence is leaning inwards. We contacted Tim on 4/24 and asked if he had cemented the posts and he said he did, we sent pictures and he said he would come by and look at the fence. It is now 5/18th and our fence is still leaning and Tim has made every excuse why he has not been by. He was paid for the job he promised, and it was not done properly as well as he does not stand behind his work."

I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. We are nearing 7 months in what should be a 3 month project- and we are only at 50% completion. -did not put a tarp down during a rain storm, causing water intrusion in 4 units -caused damage to 5 of 13 units during first month of project -refused to pay for matching carpet in my home to make me whole for damage caused by his negligent employees.
