He fully explained the contract specifics and was able to schedule the job within a reasonable timeframe. He kept in contact through out the process and was responsive when I had questions. Chris arrived on time to repair the water damage and prep for painting. The job required work over 3 days. Chris was a pleasure to work with. Such a skilled professional and personally just the nicest person ever. He had two properties to handle and was extremely accommodating in scheduling between the jobs. "Bob did an excellent job. The job was complicated by a decorative wood wrap of the porch. Bob was able to remove the decorative and replace with an easwy to maintain pvc 3/4 round trim piece. The install was OK but the communication was terrible and so was the cleanup. I picked up a 1 gallon bucket full of leftover nails. Fast-forward a few years and Andes Roofing replaced my roof! The communication was fantastic and the install went flawlessly. I still had the magnet that I purchased to clean up from the first install. I got home from work that day and ran the magnet and did not find a single nail! I highly recommend this company for any roofing, gutter, or siding installation needs. They’ve done several projects for close friends and for family members, including my mother-in-law down the street."

He showed up when he said he would and was efficient, meticulous and quick in getting the jobs complete. He never ask for payment until job was finished and even then, he done a walk through.
