The next rain we noticed a serious leak that was actually made worse by the installer pounding nails into the fascia board. Called the owner and described the issue and provided him with photos. I realize there would be extra work involved and waited approx. eight months for the tech to return, only to be told he was not qualified to make the additional repairs and that someone would follow up. After waiting eleven months with repeated phone conversations and texts, finally elected to hire another roofer to correct the problem. Tim the owner is a nice guy on the phone and makes a lot of promises but the work originally performed caused additional issues, which we were willing to pay for but could not get resolved with this company."

He left saying we would have 3 estimates on Monday. More then a week later I tried calling and texting for days. We had to call the company and were told he would call later on that day. Nope! 2 days later he says he would have the estimate done and send it. We got one for a full roof replacement. NOT at all what I asked nor what he discussed with my husband. I let him know this is what we talked about and he tells me he will have them Monday for me. Visit was April 17 and we still do not have the estimates we requested and he will not even answer. We have tried to be very understanding as we know people sometimes go through, but this is ridiculous."
