"it went well. they took glass door off prior to beginning. they were very good. when it was done. the very next day one of the tiles right above where they had replaced tiles cracked. they fixed it the next day. they helped me design what i was doing( couldnt get the same tiles i had before. which isnt uncommon )I rate them a5 or 2 thumbs up
