"Called Maeser after noticing my hot water leaking on Saturday at 12:30..  I was told after 4:00 pm (OT) and I told them that would be good since I had several things going on through the weekend.  They called me at 2:00pm though and said the technician got finshed earlier than expected on previous job and were on the way.  Arrived at 2:30 and accessed the situation.  They worked up an estimate which I agreed on and they started work.  By 4:30, they got the new water heater and replaced the old one and started to cleanup.  
The install was professional, fast, and wasn't charged the OT fee.

You've been out here, this is like the 6th time," and he said, "I'll have my manager write something up", and so they did and they replaced the furnace. They tried. They were more interested in patching things than replacing things. They were willing to send out 4 or 5 different parts. The things that I see that would help the most is if it were easier to get a hold of them on the phone or if their website worked. Just being able to contact someone in person. Sometimes, you can't explain everything online. We were able to get a hold of them, we were able to talk to them. It just takes some time, they had to jump through the hoops with their company, we understood that, but they came through and got us a new furnace. A nice new furnace too."
