"The installation went very well. We had to wait 3 months for an appointment, as they were really booked up, and we are over 100 miles from the factory. The crew showed up on time, and did an excellent job of removing the 77 year old windows that had the original framing. They set the new windows very professionally, and did a great job of caulking. They demonstrated the features and had us use them so we were sure we knew how to work them. We have window air conditioners for our small house, and they re-installed them in a leak-proof frame."

He was a dream to work with: great communication/response time and scheduling (even though I live nearly an hour away) He arrived as scheduled-two days before Christmas even-ready to get to work. He immediately corrected three projects done (sub-standardly) by the previous person I hired. Mr. Workman corrected poorly hung Roman shades on a picture window, replaced a ceiling fan, corrected an improperly installed TV mount, replaced a bathroom light fixture and faucet, and even fixed a broken utility light bulb stem above the stove, on his way out the door! Mr. Workman was friendly but professional, motivated and answered all of my questions. 10 out of 10 would recommend, and have already done so- (my brother is now interested in getting a quote on a job he needs done). "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
