He fully explained the contract specifics and was able to schedule the job within a reasonable timeframe. He kept in contact through out the process and was responsive when I had questions. Chris arrived on time to repair the water damage and prep for painting. The job required work over 3 days. Chris was a pleasure to work with. Such a skilled professional and personally just the nicest person ever. He had two properties to handle and was extremely accommodating in scheduling between the jobs. "Bob did an excellent job. The job was complicated by a decorative wood wrap of the porch. Bob was able to remove the decorative and replace with an easwy to maintain pvc 3/4 round trim piece. "The company's patriarch (Kelly) is a second-generation home builder with extensive connections with contractors in the area. Our project required the assistance of a structural engineer to design a beam to allow removal of load bearing wall. Before the they quoted the project, they had all the major contractors come to the house and walk through the project. The quote included a scope of work outlining the tasks by area. They also provided a detailed price estimate that matched the scope items. Kelly was at the house every day contractors were on site to make everyone knew what needed to be done. When issues arose due to material delivery issues Kelly stayed on top of the suppliers to get the project back on track. When we noted a few items that we were not 100% satisfied with, Kelly brought in the responsible parties to address our issues/concerns and work with us until we were satisfied. We are extremely satisfied with finished product. Everyone that has seen the house since the remodel was completed have commented on how impressed they are with the finished product and quality of work. We definitely would recommend this contractor, actually as this review is being written a family member is in the process of getting a quote for a bathroom remodel."

"He came out and figured up the materials needed and we negotiate a price. I left him a check because I was not going to be available later and didn't want him to wait on payment. He called later that day and said he underestimated the crack filler and it could cost me an additional 500 dollars ( keep in mind his bid was 600 dollars, so almost double). I told him to just finish sealing black top. I went to lowes Sunday ( that is 20 minutes away) and bought 2 gallons of crack filler and a couple plastic puddy knives for 24 dollars and finished the job myself. I'm 65 years old and have a knee replacement is why I hired him in the first place. My mistake was to leave him a check, I feel that's why he didn't fulfill his contract."
