Love my awning!!

Ron and his crew installed clear plastic windows stretched over aluminum frame for our deck bar. Not an easy job because the wood frame was close to being square. They did a great job. Also fixed/patched our 14 year old awning. They came back numerous times until it was fixed. Again not an easy job and the pricing was very fair. Always nice.

Took a couple of trips to install due to some support issues on our house, but the finished job looks great and the awning is of excellent quality

They were very professional and did an excellent job of replacing a fabric awning to my retractable awning system put up by another company previously years before.

This family company is very professional and was very easy to work with. It took a month for us to get on their schedule to get our awning covers remade but once they came to get our frames it was only a week before we got them back and installed. Love the end product!

This is one of the best companies I have ever had work done on my home. A very pleasant experince.

After many false starts we had our awning installed. The installers were very professional. There had been internal issues with Fitzsimmons that occur in any small business, which delayed the installation. A few calls were not returned but we stayed persistant. We were patient and ended up with the product we are happy with . The owner did give us an unsolicited discount on the total bill which redeemed the situation.

I have slung chairs and the seats had dry rotted. I couldn't find anyone in town to make these so I gave this a shot. Took two weeks to get the seats but they are of good quality and will make my chairs last another 10 years! Ordered 4 more replacement seats today!

I saw Fitzsimmons Awnings on line after a few bad experiences with other awning companies (not calling back, wanting us to come to their facility to see how awnings are made BEFORE they would come out and measure, or take the job, etc., etc.). When I completed the questionaire on the Fitzsimmons site. I received a call almost immediately from John Fitzsimmons. He said he'd be out the next day and show me samples, measure the space(s), etc. It was all done in a matter of 30 minutes or so. He told me that they were booked for 30 days before they could get to my awnings. Sure enough, after 30 days, I received a couple of calls and they were actually installing them a few days later. I love look of the awnings! They are well made, beautiful and they fit perfectly. They took out a few small trees, as I had asked and they cleaned up all of the branches and debris and hauled it away. As nice and efficient as they were, I would recommend them to everyone! It was a wonderful experience and our home looks great! Thanks, Fitzsimmons!
