His last major project was converting a 50's style ranch residence to a more contemporary "prairie-style" floor plan. This included total renovation of the kitchen, master bedroom and bath and redesigning the living space for a more comfortable and interactive feel. This also included a craftsmen style fireplace with oak features and "cubies" above the mantel for displaying artwork. He also used decorative tile with a unique mosaic designed medallion in the foyer.
