Crestwood Plumbing

Crestwood Plumbing is not locally owned any more and are a fraction of what they used to be. My experience with them to before was a terrible. Basically they ripped me off and when I questioned them on it they double talked and pretty much told to F-Off.

Three trips from the technician did not really solve the issue. There were several attempts to replace parts and things still did not work properly. They tried but seemed to not quite solve the problem. On a couple of other issues that were straightforward they solved the problems. It usually took a day or two to get them here. They only had one technician to cover all of their calls.

We hired Crestwood Plumbing to install a new water that we had purchased at Home Depot. I received a quote from 3 different plumbers, two were priced similarly and one was overpriced. I was very happy with the service provided; they were on time, professional and answered all questions.

They did not even call to tell me they were going to be late. I had to call and ask after they were 30 minutes late. And they told me they would probably not show up. I would not recommend this company. I called another company and they showed up 15 minutes early and did a great job for a reasonable price.

Called on Monday, scheduled appt for Wednesday, they called me late Wed to reschedule to Friday. I had many repairs and told them that when I made the appt. They went outside to their truck twice to write up the bill and twice my ex went out to remind them they were not finished. They still left without completing the work promising to come back on Monday. They did not return. Considering it has been over two weeks I do not expect they will. They scratched both sinks and the bathtub with the snake. They broke the hot water knob (not sure how- I did not ask them to fix that) and promised to get another one and bring it back with them on Monday. I am still using a wrench to turn on my hot water. One of the plumbers said the other had accidentally let something slip and all of my backed up water ended up in my crawl space. Not sure how that happened either. I would had graded a "D" but they did call another plumber who was able to fix a pipe that was difficult to get to. I would not use them again.

They installed a water heater for me and a kitchen sink/facet. They give great service. They're very quick to come out.

left a message for the person on call and they called me back within minutes and came out within 30 minutes. they were in and out within an hour. very pleased

Needed several household plumbing repairs. A friend had spoken highly of this company, so I set up an appointment. They were friendly,courteous, and helpful. I will use them again for my plumbing needs. I highly recommend. Also, the price was very reasonable.

I couldn't be happier with the promptness of the service. I've used Crestwood plumbing for all of my plumbing needs for about 4 years now, and while I've always been happy, this time was exceptional. I called them and in less than 30 minutes they had two plumbers at my house doing the work and were gone in 2 hours. The price they estimated is the exact price they charged me and the work looks perfect. The only minor complaint I would give is that they left a piece of PVC pipe in the driveway (maybe a 4 inch piece) and they left the back fence open when they left. Really minor stuff. I did not get competitive prices on this particular service because I priced out plumbing years ago and was happy with the rates at Crestwood so I've stuck with them since.

THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL. I CALLED THEM IN THE MORNING AND THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY COULD TO COME OUT THAT VERY DAY. THEY COULDN'T. THEY WERE HONEST WITH ME. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND THEY DID THE WORK IN A TIMELY MANNER. NO CONVERSATIONS OR ANYTHING, THEY JUST CAME IN, DID THEIR JOB AND LEFT.
