Don Scott, the owner of the business would do NOTHING he said it was the business-standard. and told me to sue if I wanted to be done. I would not use it. When I used them they did not even have the' own crews. They subbed everything out."

Alenco's estimate was competitive, did not pad the order with extras, and met our wishes in regards to trim and sizing without hassle. Installation was a breeze. Honestly, I don't know how the installer was able to everything he did in one day. He was pretty amazing (and nice as can be). Alenco had not been my first call when looking for a vendor, but ONLY because the home office is in KC. Don't let that deter you. There was absolutely no issue based on distance. They are big enough that Topeka was just fine."
