They used too thin of a facia covering product. Because of the material used it visually warped. It looked bad. Don Scott, the owner of the business would do NOTHING he said it was the business-standard. and told me to sue if I wanted to be done. I would not use it. When I used them they did not even have the' own crews. They subbed everything out.

We will never recommend Assurance to anyone. Poor quality workmanship has caused over $300,000.00 damage to our home. Marshall admitted they messed up and promised we would be taken care of. Their idea of taking care is handing the problem off to their insurance which in turn handed it over to sub- contractors insurance and all we have received is the run around. Now the company will not even communicate with us and sent their attorney to the 3rd party inspection of our home.

Called on Monday, quote on Tuesday, and work started Wednesday. Very happy with the timing, but the shingles are not the same color as the rest of the roof and they are not even because I think I have two layers of shingles on the rest of the roof and where they repaired it only has one layer.

"The same shingle was used however the color didn't match because the patch was new shingles and the other shingles are weathered and old. As to it being uneven it is because of raised rafters not two layers."

This was a very timely need on my part and of all the contactors I tried, Don was the only one to show up. He recognized the seriousness of the situation, took charge and will complete the task this week hopefully. I only rated the quality of the work a 4 because this was a patch-up to meet a specific situation. He was also a good guy as well.

I could not be happier with the service that Jesse Vogel provided. He called quickly in response to my telephone message. He was knowledgeable and willing to do what needed to be done to get my roof leaks fixed, and even found two other places that would probably soon have been a problem. The huge storm a week later did not have any leaks manifest themselves and with all the rain we have been having, STILL no leaks. Yes, I am very pleased with Assurance Exteriors!! I will use them when it is time for us to reshingle in a few years.

Jesse Vogel is an enthusiastic and energetic young man who obviously cares about doing good work without cutting corners. Unlike some roofers who promise one-day service, he said it would take two, and I appreciate that he went a little slower to make sure everything was done right. I was impressed by his attention to details that other roofers overlooked. Also, his estimate was very detailed and easy to compare to the insurance company's. He clearly explained what was to happen and when every step of the way throughout the process, and took care of all contact with the insurance company.
