I would be remiss not to mention the project was installed very quickly by two of the hardest working humans ever. Laeken and her staff are very driven. They paid attention to detail, making sure everything from design to staking, was completed correctly and quickly. We are very pleased we went with Land Escapes. The estimate from JET Contracting for the deck was very reasonable, as was the up-front "deposit" which was not anywhere near the 50% pre-payment that was demanded by the three other competitors who provided estimates for our project. Julius (the "J" in "JET Contracting) worked personally with his team to build our deck, and he made every effort to be transparent and clear in his communications with us, making certain that we were apprised of progress every step of the way. The JET crew worked efficiently and were very respectful throughout. Julius made very helpful suggestions regarding the deck build. He handled any issues forthrightly and with integrity. Though we are not skilled builders by any means, the quality of the workmanship provided by JET Contracting is top-notch in our estimation. If your concrete slab is settling, the earth beneath it has settled and needs to be filled. We can elevate and level sunken slabs to the desired height, regardless of what caused the settlement. To fill voids and STOP settling, we level and underseal concrete!
"Joey at ProPolyJacking did a fantastic job, filling the big voids under my back patio, walkway and driveway. One void was at least 8 foot long and 5 inches high. It came complete with animals living there, that I had to scared away. All the cement is now level and stable. Saved a lot of money by not having to dig up the cement and replace it. I spent the entire 3 hours with him. He answered all my questions, and addressed all my concerns. He even did a nice job cleaning up. My neighbor also asked Joey for a quote. Joey was very knowledgeable and had a lot of experience. I never saw someone so capable. He had two big drills and operated them simultaneously. All went great ! I highly recommend this company! He responded promptly to text messages, was honest, and very fair...and even showed us pics of his own driveway to provide a visual example. He also took the time to explain what he had done during the process and encouraged us to give time for the driveway to pack down from driving on it and he'd even come back to touch it up, if needed.
