Benchmark looked at the job and had estimates to me within a few days. They had the work done in a matter of weeks. They provided some good ideas for doing the project, e.g., replacing the tile with a tub surround which would mean less matainence for a rental. They also replaced a large trim piece along the side of the house that had been damaged by termites at no extra charge. They matched the stucco pillars superbly. The work was of very good quality and they were very responsive, including doing a walk through when the work was done. I have already recommended them to other people."
