Also, our HOA had told us there was a discount for using PLS on the days they come to mow the lawns. However, when asking about that while making the appointment, we were told they had no idea what we were talking about and they offered no discounts.
A slightly disappointing experience, but they take great care of the lawns and the sprinkler system is working.
