They were able to come in quickly and worked with the roofing company to prevent the rain from traveling into the other rooms. While a few of our belongings were damaged and soaked, they connected us with a contents restoration company to help us get them taken care of. All in all, they were very good with their communication with us, as well as being prompt with their initial response. Highly recommend this company!"

Then we got the bill... almost $700 dollars. Nothing itemized, nothing broken down, just a flat fee. So she called. No answer. She emailed, waited 3 days... no answer. She called again, no answer, and left a message. When they finally got back to us we were told it was this much because we were being charged for a "whole service package" including a 1 year warranty. We declined and asked repeatedly how much the warranty was, and how much the service was. They literally COULD NOT answer this. We kept asking for a simple breakdown of fees. She kept evading the question and finally just agreed to refund "$300 for the warranty". Still never got a straight answer"
