When Doug showed up, he knew nothing about it so I've had to schedule separately for him to come out again. I live in a small townhouse and only have 5 windows. Also, Doug tried to sell me full priced services that I knew full well were deeply discounted here on Angie's List. Can't blame a guy for trying, I guess.
