"If I could give them something worse than an F- I would. These people have lost the phone number that I have had for over 25 years and are no help in getting it back to me. I have called, e-mailed, and gone in on several occasions. I have even written the BBB and FCC. Hopefully, one of them will force them to get of their butts. After that, I guess I will have to go to the media. I will NEVER use this company again. Also, the internet speed is not be any better than the last company I had."
