Our initial experience was good. Our service person came out promptly took care of some initial issues and we thought their price was reasonable. Unfortunately we still had some issues that weren t resolved with one of our computers and the service person just stopped responding and left us hanging. We had to reach out to another computer person to get them resolved.

I worked with Josh - you are probably wondering, why I give them such a high rating with no work done. Josh troubleshot my laptop and, instead of fixing it [for ~$1000] suggested it was not worth the cost. HONESTY - how rare is that in today's world? I would hire them again in a minute
