Called him back to leave another voice mail but he answered the phone and said he could come down now and give estimate in which he did, I agreed to price and he said he would be here Tuesday. Crew showed up, took out the one tree and then went on trimming other tree. Did an EXCELLENT job, in fact trimmed the tree a lot better then I expected. Cleaned it all up. Will use the service again, and highly recommend to anyone that needs tree work done.

If executed correctly your tree should survive after being transplanted to a new spot. You’ll also need an appropriately sized root ball for a complete tree transplant. A good rule of thumb is that, for every inch in diameter, your tree’s root ball needs to be around 11 inches. So a tree with a diameter of six inches needs a root ball of approximately 66 inches.
After a big storm, you may not be sure if a tree was struck or not. Look for the telltale long scars, like strips or gouges in the bark of the tree, running in sometimes jagged lines down the length of the trunk.
