Complete Climate Control

The owner of Climate Control Experts, George, came to our house to service our air conditioner in March or April of 2015. In July, the air conditioner began making a horrible rattling sound. We called George and he said that he would be out the following Monday. He didn't show up to the house and he didn't call.We called him every day for the next week. He didn't answer and didn't return any of our calls. Unable to reach him we contacted another company who came out and fixed the unit. When they took apart the unit, we discovered that George installed used parts. The bearing broke causing the fan to break and tear a whole in the top of the unit and it ripped wires free. Our bill was over $1,000.Again, we tried to reach George to inform him of the situation and he wouldn't return our calls. We were finally able to reach George through a mutual friend and he said he would send us a refund. It took two months and several unanswered phone calls to receive a $60 refund. I called and asked George when I would receive the rest of my refund and he said, "Never," that I was lucky that he sent the $60 dollars. George also said that he did his job, that when he walked away from the house the air conditioner worked, that he's too busy to deal with one customer, he chose not to call me, and that if I want I can take him to small claims court. Due to installing used parts, it caused a great deal of damage and George refused to take our calls, refused to repair our unit and refused to refund our money.

Overall, it went really well.

They're very personable, very reasonable and very responsible. The worker who came was clean, friendly, competent and did it all. The quality of work is excellent and I have no complaints.
