Wonderful. Initial visit was to find entrances and tell us where to repair. Bait was laid out and they came back twice to check. I hired them to come out every 2 months and they will continue to monitor for rodent activity as well as spiders, bugs, and ants.

Grant from Patton Termite and Pest Control came out that day and treated the attic and the rest of my house to get rid of them. It's been almost 2 weeks and I have not seen a sign of mice since the first couple of days. I was very impressed by Grant's rapid response and taking care of the problem.

We have been using Patton Termite & Pest Control for over 6 years to keep spiders and other insects at bay.   The technicians are always punctual and efficient.  We chose Patton because of their "Green" treatment method -- because I did not want poisonous chemicals in our house with small children roaming around.  The treatment is very effective, and we rarely encounter anything creepy-crawly.  On the few occasions we have, they have promptly returned to address the issue.

We used Patton for our pest control for nine years. They would call us every two months and schedule a service and in general showed up on time and did a good job. Then they just stopped calling. We should have had a service in December, and I finally called them in January but they never returned the call. It is now April and they still have not called. Last year we did start noticing that the people we had dealt with all those years seemed to be leaving and were replaced by workers that seemed less interested in doing a good job. After servicing our house every two months for nine years they dropped us without so much as a courtesy phone call.

Based on my Angies's List review Patton contacted me to discuss the issues listed in my original review. Somehow my service profile had been changed in their computer system which is why they didn't schedule a service. They were very apologetic about not returning my phone call and the substandard service provided by the technician that serviced our house last October. I had them service my house today and the new technician was very through and knowledgeable. Based on my past history with Patton I am assuming the problems I encountered during the past few months was a one time problem that has been corrected and will not occur again. Thus I am changing my rating to A, which is what it would have been except for the issues outlined in my original review.

Had termites and they did a treatment for them. They also noticed we had a problem with our foundation during their inspection under the house. We appreciated them letting us know.They came back May 1, 2012 to check on the termite problem and put something out. We also had ants which they sprayed for at that time. They set a time to come back out and check again on June 1, 2012. Looked ok at that time.

I am satisfied with their services.

We have a contract with them. They are very responsive. We never see them when they come.
