He has consistently stated he could not “afford” to complete the job then could not afford to settle, then after I forced Insurance assist, he continues to shirk responsibility wherever possible. We have now been informed we will never be able to recoup all expenses... A year later we are still dealing with lawyers and my Bath is still destroyed!"
