"Bought a house that had been unoccupied for a couple of years. There was a big stink coming from the chimney. I wanted the chimney inspected to ensure the safety of the occupants in the house, so I called Sleep Easy because they were rated well on Angie's List.
They were 3 hours late for the appointment, but called me ahead of time to tell me they would be late. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Inspected the chimney and educated me on the way a chimney works so I could better understand.
The guy also cleaned the chimney out - raccoons had nested in there. Luckily for me (and him!), they had left and not died there. But what they left behind was a bit of a mess and Sleep Easy made sure it was all cleaned and disinfected before they left the premises. This is a dirty job and the guy doing it was not in the least disturbed by the
mess. I was very impressed with his good attitude and experise.
