In the past he's moved a gas pipe that was in a terrible place in my storage room to help get it out of the way, and installed and perfectly leveled a fussy ice maker at the bar. He always gives friendly quotes and expert advice, is patient when going over any instructions, cleans up after the work, and he's training his fellow plumbers to do all of those same things. I was considering spending thousands to work with McElroy's as I had HVAC and plumbing issues that needed addressed and annual servicing. On top of that, it has been two weeks since they visited and I have not received a quote for the plumbing or HVAC. Unbelievable this is how customers are treated and refused to make this right when I called."
