He recommended some repairs (wood rot areas)-which we took him up on- and shortly thereafter our house was power-washed and being painted! He and his crew cleaned up daily and continually checked in to make sure things were going as we desired. In addition to this, he removed excess wires which were running all over the outside of the house from unused landlines and cable companies. "Our project was finished faster than we expected and were given the opportunity to live in it for a little bit, notify any issues, and then invite them back in to repair anything that we noticed. The job site was isolated in order to keep debris to a minimum and everything was cleaned and stacked before leaving each day. David is meticulous in his work and offered several suggestions on how to work around the little issues that always seem to come up.
