If you are considering hiring Jeffrey K. We paid him thousands of dollars for work that was never started. After weeks of delays, broken promises, outrageous excuses, being ghosted, and ultimately blocked from his personal and business social media accounts after requesting a refund - we learned we were far from the only ones. We did some basic research on him and his company, Signature Stair, and on the surface, everything seemed legitimate - even thriving. Unfortunately, we didn’t dig as deeply into his background as we should have. Unbeknownst to us, Jeff Griffin is officially listed on Johnson County’s “Prohibited and Restricted Businesses” list and is PERMANENTLY enjoined from operating anykind of business in Johnson County due to deceptive practices (see link below). 📌 Case Number: 24CV711�📌 Listed as: Jeffrey K. Griffin Quality Construction d/b/a Staircase Makeovers [[*** Link removed ***] We’ve taken action and filed a police report with the Shawnee Police Department and filed a complaint with the Johnson County District Attorney’s office. And yet - even as of this morning - he is still actively attempting to schedule appointments, offering to give bids, and potentially taking deposits from unsuspecting clients. Missouri Fence and Supply, LLC is a growing business in Kansas City. We have residential crews, agricultural crews for livestock, and can even manage and tackle commercial projects. Free Estimates and friendly staff.

"We were told each post would have one full bag of concret, and that is what we paid for. However when the men that showed up, they had about 20 bags left over and the holes were barley half full. We took pictures to tell the owner. He sent them back out to "fix the problem" they mixed maybe 2 bags and just topped of some of the posts. Not all. Just a few months after the fence was complete one of the gates won't open, it gets stuck. 6mo later we find out from the city one whole side of the fence has to be moved back because it is not in code, we contacted the company and were told we put it where you wanted it! You would think a reputable company would at least tell you hey this is not in code, do you still want it here? But nothing. Now they're too busy to move it, with us even willing to pay. We have had other fence companies come out for quotes and we have been told that there are not even enough nails in the fence, it will start curling and willneed replaced in less than a year. Again we tried to contact the company, were told two times he would come out to look at it and now he won't reply and has not showed up!!! Horrible business and horrible experience over all."
