"Iâ ve read the reviews on this company and everyone has rated them 5 stars. I donâ t understand this. We are nearly a month in trying to get septic plans and I still donâ t have them. They tell me a date. The next week I call, of course no one ever answer the phone, I get and email saying itâ s going to be longer. Soil test was already completed we talking plans only. In the time Iâ ve been waiting for the plans, Iâ ve already paid for so I can obtain a permit through Jackson County, the house could have had the slab poured and the entire house framed. No joke. I could be running electrical now but instead Iâ m still waiting for them to draw plans so I can get a permit Good luck. Maybe donâ t pay them upfront."

Zach was informative during the whole process & scope, pricing and install. Gave me good options to choose from both in terms of prices and brands. He left my furnace area in better shape then he found it. Same with the AC unit and he even did quite a bit of trimming around the AC unit. before hand. Would highly recommend Zach.
