"The problem was after the roof was installed and a tornado came through and lost part of the ridge vent and the will not come out to put a tarp or replace it. Foen2 says they were suppose to come out and haven?t seen them. I keep calling and get promises of them coming out. I can?t put a tarp on it myself it will void the warranty. So here we are over a week later no tarp or being replaced. Rain and hail hitting the roof now. Awful service when you really need a roof. "

Very professional, ethical, and gives proper explanations to the work needing to be done. I called John 11 years ago for an estimate but I unfortunately chose a local company that was cheap. Boy did I pay for it. My roof leaked and they wouldn't back their own warranty. 11 years later I called John again and he did exceptional work. His skills are way above the average roofers in our area! Cotten roofing went above and beyond on the work performed on my house! I don't foresee needing a new roof for many many years. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"
