Very well. Very impressed with their product. The four installers showed up, the work was done in 4-5 hours and the cleanup was exceptional. The only issue I had was communication with the installers. Either they didn't understand english well or they choose to not understand english well.

they came out measured the windows and in the due time was here early in morning to put new windows in. They warned us it would get dusty in the house. One man started tearing out old windows and another started installing the new windows.
as soon as the window was in another man put up trim around windows. They got it all done in good time, cleaned up their mess
and was gone. We have 6 beautiful windows. Need four more, but can't afford them.

It went very well. It took them less than 3 hours. They were very efficient and professional. And they cleaned up after themselves. The windows are excellent. We live in West Texas and have had several dust storms, but none of it came through the seams on the windows. You can't even hear the wind outside. The product, as well as the installation, is great.

I have unusual windows. They are 6 feet high and 2 feet across. They were one of the very few that said they could make them as double hung. They even came down $1000 on the price after a bit of haggling. I have now had these windows about 6 months. The old windows allowed the heat and cold(112 degrees at times in the summer and typically the teens and 20's in the winter)to come through. You could feel the heat on the floor where direct sunlight hit it. I fell NONE of that with these new windows. We could feel a noticeable difference in the temperature in the house the day after we had them installed. Product is great and was installed within 3 weeks of signing the papers. Most if the time was the custom design of the windows. We have a few left to replace and WILL use them again!

It was a very nice experience from start to finish. The salesman was nice, the man coming to review the job before they stared was nice, the installation team was 1st class. I ask that on gate be left open so that my dogs would not get out and that was done very well. There was nothing done sloppily it was all done to a very professional extent. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They tell you that you dont't pay anything untill you are happy with the windows but you sign when they get them installed he told me it was just to say they were there but that is not the case you sign that they were there you have to pay, thinking about getting a lawyer involved.

We got estimates from many different companies regarding replacing all of our windows. 24 in total. We were given numbers anywhere from $9,000-$47,500 for completing the job. The difference is price was based largely on the materials used to make the windows. Woodbridge was by far the best quality made window. Even with ordering such a large set of windows, they came in fast. Instalation took 2.5 days for a 2 man team. Including removing our old single pane steel framed windows and installing the new windows. They then wrapped the outside in siding material to match our exterior paint.

We got a pretty good discount from Woodbridge Home Exteriors. Their product is very good for one thing. Their installation was good. We have never had any problem with the windows. They guarantee it for lifetime. If the window breaks, I just have to call them and they would come out and replace it.

They have life time warranty on the windows so long as we live here. If anything happens no matter whose fault it is or what happens they will come out and replace the whole window. I don't know what happened. The upper pane on one of the back windows in our spare bedroom had a crack in it. I don't know how it got there or how long it has been that way and they just came out and replaced the whole window with a new one. We will use them in the future.

Overall the experience was a good one. We were disappointed in the salesman. The company seemed to care when we told them but I don't know that anything was done about it.
We plan on using this company for siding too.
