We called Greg @ Bathroom Headquarters and after hearing our predicament he came right out to assess our â projectâ . From the first â oh man, what a messâ to the final phone call thanking him for rescuing us from chaos, he and everyone he sent to us was perfect in every way. From the demo to the plumbing to the tile to the fixture and door installation, they were all kind, courteous, prompt, efficient and experienced. After the horrible mess we started out with, we could not have imagined how wonderful the end result would be. The installer explained what he was going to do and ensured he would keep everything neat during the project. He covered the carpet so not to track dirt into the house. He cleaned up nicely when he was done. I truly enjoyed the walking shower. It was better than imagined. It even added value to my house when I recently sold it! It was also very easy to clean. The foundation of our garage had moved and we had noticed cracks which is why we called Groundwork’s to begin with. Clint was our first contact, he did a detailed inspection of our homes foundation. Gave us a quote and we could decide what to tackle and what we did not need to address. He did not pressure us which we appreciated.
