We called Greg @ Bathroom Headquarters and after hearing our predicament he came right out to assess our â projectâ . From the first â oh man, what a messâ to the final phone call thanking him for rescuing us from chaos, he and everyone he sent to us was perfect in every way. From the demo to the plumbing to the tile to the fixture and door installation, they were all kind, courteous, prompt, efficient and experienced. "The issue was pilot light would not stay on in the water heater. Not an emergency. Called 2 other plumbers besides Benjamin Franklin. Benjamin Franklin said they had a plumber in my area who could be out to me in 15 minutes. They were right on the money. Within 15 minutes of arrival, he had diagnosed the problem and said he could fix it in no time. Josh the plumber was friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly I felt he was being honest. My Thermocouple was out and within an hour he had it fixed. The only downside was pricing. The job cost $197. After consulting with another plumber I got a quote of $150. Despite this My overall experience was great and I would use them again!"
