"It went well! After going through it, and trying a couple different things he believed the touch screen display was the main culprit. He said he could order the part and install it, but there were a couple other things that might be contributing to the problem, so it could add up if the display didn't completely solve my problem. He advised that I might be money ahead to buy a new one, because printer quality has gone up and the prices have gone down, in the last 10 years. He knew what my needs were and recommended a few different models. He even pointed out that Amazon had a couple of the models at nearly 1/2 price @ their site. So we saved money by ordering a new one, that was 1/2 the price of our previous model, and has the capacity to print 11" x 17" copies, which my old one didn't."
