Paul, the owner and Principal of DeepBlue Computers received my call in transit, and was able to be at our home for the first time 2 hours later in his informative DeepBlue insignia decorated car. Paul turned out to be very professional, highly skilled, and a real gentleman. In about 1 hour, Paul, after listening carefully to my list of problems, solved them all! And, he explained to me how to try to avoid incurring future such on-line attacks. This was such a positive experience. I certainly feel like I now have a PC go-to service company for our family for the future in DeepBlue Computers. I am so pleased that Angie's List high customer reviews for DeepBlue Computers lead me to them!

I was very impressed with DeepBlue. Microsoft updated software and the computer didn't seem to recognize "me" as the administrator of the computer. I spent hours trying to figure out what had happened to no avail. I have never called a company for help before, but I realized this was beyond my capabilities. I called and left a message in the morning, received a return call at noon and Paul was able to meet me at my home at 4 pm that day and was able to "fix" the issue in an hour.

Paul installed a new office computer, and transferred files and photos from the old computer to a new computer. Paul is professional, highly competent, and honest. In short, a pleasure to work with.

Picked up computer promptly and it was returned by the date promised.

Paul is very professional. He came to the house, after evaluating the problem, he took my computer to his office for two days. Then returned the computer and made sure everything was working correctly.

He did some clean up just to make sure and told me if the latency continued it probably was the hard drive. We monitored and it was the hard drive. In his heart of hearts he knew it was the hard drive, but was making a valiant effort since we spent the money. He came to my house. He was very personable. He was a pleasure to talk to. He is very knowledgeable. He was pleasant to be around and talk to. He was very quick to call back. He was right here on time. I talked to him about replacing the hard drive, but the cost to replace is almost as expensive as buying a new one.

I thought the guy was great. That is a good company. One guy came. I think I paid for a couple of hours. He could have went a little bit over. He left some things running and told me when it was finished I could shut the thing off. He got my computer running a little faster than it was. He cleaned out files to make my computer run faster. He was really patient. He answered all of my questions. He didn't scare me or nothing. Sometimes you hesitate when people come to your house. I felt very comfortable having him in here. He was a very friendly guy. He was clean cut.

They were pretty good. I am using them every month basically. They were great. I liked them everything was perfect. The work turned out perfect. Fast, affordable, and they know what they are doing. I would use them again in the future.

Everything went fantastic! It was obvious that Paul was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. Our computer crashed and he was able to save the important information on our computer and was easy to work with.

Paul was here within a day's notice, stayed until the problem was fixed and was calm and professional the entire time.

Very well Paul know his business, arrives on time, asks about problems, works quickly He has serviced two computers on one visit.. He has come at least twice. Once for no charge because of a misunderstanding

It went fine. I mean I didn't have any problems with him. He did the work here and he was out here. I would not use him now as I bought new computer.

We recently received a notice from Microsoft concerning a change in their Windows 10 email application and some sketchy information as to what a user might need to do,  Since we are what one might call "technologically challenged", we decided to search Angie's List for help.  After reading reviews of many providers, we selected DeepBlue Computers.  I spoke to Paul Andrei and gave him a rough idea of what we needed.  We made an appointment for Paul to come to our home two days later.  As promised, he arrived promptly for the appointment and began checking out at our computer.  During the appointment, he was very professional and very kind by willingly answering our questions and explaining what he was doing.  As it turned out, the software and computer performance issues were minor and quickly resolved within an hour's time.  In summary, we were very pleased with the service provided by Paul Andrei, would mostly certainly contact him about any future computer issues, and would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.
