THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND INFORMATIVE. THEY CALLED ME BEFORE DOING ANY WORK AND EXPLAINED MY OPTIONS. THEY ALSO GAVE ME TIPS AS HOW TO KEEP MY COMPUTER RUNNING BETTER. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY THEIR SERVICE!

DARRIN AND HIS STAFF ARE A WHIZ FOR ANY COMPUTER NEED. THEY CAN BUILD A COMPUTER OR LAPTOP WITH ANYTHING YOU NEED FOR A VERY REASONABLE PRICE. TIMELY SERVICE AND REPAIR.

AFTER MY COMPUTER STOPPED WORDING, I TOOK IT TO THEM. WHEN THEY FINALLY GOT BACK TO ME, THEY TOLD ME THAT MY MOTHER BOARD WAS BAD AND THAT IT WOULD COST $350 TO FIX OR THEY WOULD BUILD ME A NEW COMPUTER FOR $600. I DECIDED NOT TO DO ANYTHING AT THAT TIME, SO I PICKED UP THE COMPUTER AND PAID THEM THE $35 DIAGNOSTIC FEE. A LITTLE WHILE LATER, OUR FRIEND TOOK A LOOK AT IT. AFTER SPENDING 5 MINUTES, HE FOUND THAT THE ONLY THING WRONG WITH IT WAS THAT THE ON/OFF SWITCH WAS STUCK. THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH THE MOTHER BOARD - THE COMPUTER WORKS PERFECTLY TO THIS DAY. THIS EXPERIENCE RAISES SERIOUS CONCERNS ABOUT THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES. I AM GLAD WE DECIDED NOT TO HAVE THEM FIX IT, AS WE WOULD HAVE TRADED IN A PERFECT COMPUTER, BEEN OUT $350-$600, AND NEVER KNOWN ANY DIFFERENT. MOREOVER, AFTER I CONTACTED THEM AND TOLD THEM WHAT HAPPENED, THEY REFUSED TO REFUND THE $35 DIAGNOSTIC FEE EVEN THOUGH THEY OBVIOUSLY DID NOT PERFORM AN ADEQUATE DIAGNOSTIC ASSESSMENT. BE VERY CAREFUL.

GUY AT THE FRONT COUNTER DID NOT HELP ME IN WITH COMPUTER, BUT OTHER THAN THAT THEY WERE GREAT!!!
